Unfortunately, we have recently experienced a high turnover of managers in a couple of departments. Where an employee has submitted a request for approval (such as expenses, annual leave, or logbook requests) to their previous line manager and it is still awaiting a decision, the request appears to remain assigned to that former manager rather than transferring to the new manager. As a result, these requests are left pending and effectively stuck in the system.
| Describe the Challenge | The challenge is ensuring that outstanding requests are automatically redirected or reassigned to the new line manager so they can be reviewed and actioned promptly. This would help avoid delays and improve the overall employee experience within the company. |
