Ability to record basic EDI data

Only a couple of options are already there, under Personal, eg gender, nationality, and only 2 Analysis Codes can be set up for useful data (we have one as 'Team') but it would be helpful to have other fields built in for eg Sexual Orientation, Disability, Race, Religion, to be able to capture this information for new starters and then report on it through the use of queries
