Ability to download documents from Document Manager in ATS

We upload template application forms, Job Descriptions etc. into the Document Manager of ATS. It would be useful if we could download the documents so that they can be amended and uploaded again and also to see which versions they are as over time documents change.

Describe the Challenge

Ensure the correct documents are in the document manager and also to delete obsolete/out of date documents.
