Employees to record their ethnicity & pronouns and People Analytics to provide data

Currently, there is no field in PeopleHR to record ethnicity and gender - Admin has to use our 2 Analysis codes but then, employees can't amend the fields (Admin has to enter the employee's gender/ethnicity). Also, no data can be generated from People Analytics. These are basic but key HR reporting requirement which I would expect to find in PeopleHR.
