It is vital for managers to have visibility of who within their team has completed their reviews/appraisals. Currently the only easy visibility of this is within Analytics anf therefore only visible by HR/Admin. Instead currently, managers have to individually click into each reportee to understand if they have completed their reviews/check-ins etc. With 20+ employees this is very time consuming.
