Adding Job Title as a filter in Analytics

Adding Job Title as one of the standard filters. This feature will help with producing reports specially since Analytics struggles with producing reports containing a big set of data.

Describe the Challenge

Analytics currently can't produce reports on "Objective REports" without crashing. The current solution is filtering the employee, however even with the current filter (eg Department), it is showing error as the data set is too big
