Currently, when an employee logs an “Other Event” (e.g., Medical Leave) in PeopleHR, the event details and associated comments are visible to other staff within the department. This can lead to privacy concerns, especially for sensitive events like medical leave. The proposed change is to allow administrators to hide or disable visibility of these details and comments for all employees except HR and relevant managers.

Company then scrolling to the bottom and turning off
I totally agree with this request. Other employees should not be able to see Other Events on their planner. There is the option to hide it at the moment, but it takes away the ability for them to see other employees holiday in the planner, which they need.
