Dashboard -Absence

The new dashboard is a nice improvement but finding that absence can only be shown in hours is a disappointment. If we can manage our settings in people hr so that absence including holiday, sickness, other events is in days (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0), we should be able to report in the same way. The current offering seems to be very generic and actually causes me more work.
