We currently use parent leave categories with a single entitlement applied over a 12-month rolling period. For example, 'Special Leave' allows 8 days total, covering subtypes like Study Leave, Carers Leave, and Family Crisis. However, the system setup doesn’t allow us to assign entitlements to individual subtypes without incorrectly giving employees 8 days for each, rather than 8 days across all combined.
