Our employees often use their AL to avoid deduction for sickness. However it doesn't allow us to create accurate reports and records, or complete a return to work form. Can we please have a button to choose and deduct AL allowance when recording sickness?
We have the same issue. We cannot get accurate absence analysis as employees use their AL. It would be good to be able to book both.
