Add a Division Field that links to the Division Tag in Workspace

At the moment every time there is a new starter, you have to go into the members list in workspace to add this separately. It seems a little odd that this doesn't mirror in the two apps, as most companies have some form of sub-department/division, that cannot currently be captured in PeopleHR
