It is not easy for employees to find the reason why a logbook is declined

Currently if a manager declines a logbook the employee gets an email stating that it is declined but not the reason why. The link on the email only takes the employee to the main page and not to a specific section of the system.

I would suggest including the detail on why the logbook has been declined in the original email.
