I recommend increasing the flexibility of the pulse survey, as its current functionality is quite limited. Specifically, I suggest the following improvements:
Allow more than one question per survey
Enable editing of surveys after creation
Implement enhanced data analysis tools beyond basic report generation to better interpret pulse survey results
These changes would greatly improve usability and the value derived from the surveys.
