I requested information on whether the Sickness tab on the employee dashboard from the Digital Assistant. This informed me that the Sickness was shown on a rolling 12 month period and could not be changed. I asked to be connected to a person and Zoltan confirmed that the sickness is in fact shown from January and this cannot be changed. Please can this be changed on the Digital Assistant and also it would be very helpful to be able to amend this, so we can align the sickness column with Bradford Factor, which we have changed to calculate on a rolling 12 month period.

You're absolutely right - the ability to report Sickness over a 12-month rolling period is something we’re looking to enable in PeopleHR in the future.

I’ll pass this on to our colleagues who are managing the Digital Assistant, so they can review and help address this gap.
