It would be highly beneficial if Admins had the ability to set a maximum number of employees allowed to be on holiday per day, based on location. For example, if a specific location has a cap of 3 employees off at any one time, once that limit is reached, no additional holiday requests for that day would be allowed through PeopleHR.
This feature would allow Admins to define location-specific limits, helping to ensure adequate staffing levels and reducing the need for managers to manually cross-check team availability using planners. It would streamline the approval process and provide better visibility and control over resource planning.
