Allow managers to have access to emergency contacts without sharing the rest of the 'contacts' page

Managers cannot view the emergency contacts without having access to the whole 'contacts' page of an employee record, which includes bank details and sensitive information. We want to only share the emergency contacts section with our managers but this is not an option without giving them access to the whole contact page.
