Currently when a logbook is declined and an approver adds comments, the comments do not go back to the person who completed the logbook (requestor). For example, we use logbooks for recruitment requests and salary increase proposals. If it gets declined, all the requestor receives is an email stating it has been declined but has no visibility of the comments added. The comments being visible would be useful so they know why a request has been declined.
