Enable a filter on Employees to remain active i.e. leavers until you clear it

When searching for leavers from the Employee list, there is a filter to enable this. however, once you have viewed a leaver and want to search for another, the list returns back to current employees and so you have to filter the list to view leavers again. It would be useful if the filter stayed on until cleared so that the search criteria remains on "leavers" until you've finished with it
