point in time reporting to show date and time a time off request was submitted

It would be helpful to pull the information of the time an employee submits a time off request (holiday, sickness, other leave) and not just the date that it was requested. This would be helpful to admins - you can see the date and time this is approved

To view a point in time request. Can currently see the date a request is made but not the exact time this was made.
