New Performance Module Additional Feedback Functionality

I know people can request feedback against a specific objective for more continuous feedback however we would benefit greatly from having the option to request colleague feedback, around a specific set of questions, that only goes back to the line manager to review. Then the line manager can collate that feedback into general themes for improvement etc that are not related to a specific objective.
