Enable true 360° feedback functionality

At present, the only way to gather colleague feedback is by creating an "objective" and inviting others to contribute. This is a workaround rather than a true 360° feedback tool, which is widely used at appraisal time across many organisations. A dedicated 360° review feature would streamline the process and avoid the need for throwaway objectives.

Describe the Challenge We want to gather well-rounded feedback from multiple sources for each employee during appraisals. The current setup feels clunky and isn't fit for purpose. The feedback also needs to be anonymous to the employee but visible to Managers & Admins

I know people can request feedback against a specific objective for more continuous feedback however we would benefit greatly from having the option to request colleague feedback, around a specific set of questions, that only goes back to the line...
