Documents - rename 1 to company documents and 1 to my documents

Currently there are 'Documents' shown in 2 places - we have found it very hard to explain the difference to employees and so rarely use the company documents section, which is a shame as it could be so useful. Renaming one to Company Documents or Reference Documents and renaming the other to My Documents would help with the point of difference.
