I would like to request the implementation of additional calendar functionality within the PeopleHR system to accommodate specific regional leave requirements.
In France, the Annual Leave Year runs from 1st June to 31st May, whereas RTT (Réduction du Temps de Travail) and RTH (Réduction du Temps de Travail Hebdomadaire) allowances operate on a different cycle, running from 1st January to 31st December.
To accurately manage and track these distinct leave entitlements, it is essential to have two separate, visible calendars within the system:
Annual Holiday Leave – aligned with the June to May leave year.
RTT/RTH Leave – aligned with the January to December calendar year.
TOIL and Other Event Management do not work for this, hence the request for consideration.
This separation will ensure compliance with local labour regulations, improve clarity for employees, and support accurate reporting and leave management within the platform.
