Where an employee has left the company and then been re-hired, you can currently see their first start date and then hire date, but no details about the date and reason they left

It throws our KPI's out if you use the re-hire process. An employees leaver details should always remain as is.
We have a large number of freelancer and fixed term contracts hired for specific projects and with no leave date history it makes the 'gaps' in their employment really hard to track. Would be a really useful update for us.
