Engage Setting - Who can Post & Comment

The current Setting in Engage module has option 'All users can post and comment' or 'Only Engage Admin can post and comment'. This is not practical at all since you can't separate the access rights in terms of who can post from who can comment, as employers may hope that only Engage Admin can post but allow other users to comment. It is a work-related system so we would like to engage our staff on work-related topics. Only two setting options here make its very difficult to focus on such work related topics and receive employee comments at same time.
It would help a lot to separate the setting options on who can post and who can comment rather than put them together, or at least have a setting option that only Engage Admin can post but allow other users to comment.

Describe the Challenge The current setting is not flexible at all and makes it difficult for employers like us to use. Especially for us, we are not able to use Engage module at all because of the very restrictive setting. We were very interested in purchasing PeopleHR because of the Engage module but the lack of flexibility in such engage setting makes it very difficult to use the module as a consequence.
