Dashboard data - leavers

Currently, if an employee resigns on the last day of the month, they will be shown as leavers for the following month on the dashboard. This creates confusion & incorrect data.

Describe the Challenge

I suggest that leavers are shown on the actual month that they leave, to have correct data in place.
