The current dashboard doesn't provide much information for admins. For example would be beneficial to have upcoming birthdays/probations aswell as holidays and sickness. Currently having to pull a report to get this information. Other systems i have used provide this on dashboard.

Great Idea - We would like to show 'open return to work interviews' on the dashboard, which this would fix as well.
The HR Dashboard is a nice addiiton, however, as Admins we should be able to filter this and save as new HR Dashbaord. i.e. we have a test employee which shows, non-employees (contractors) that we may wish to remove from heaedcounts etc. Currently, once fltered, it goes back to default.
Agree, it would be good if there was an option to be able to create a new statistic for the dashboard from reports
I agree that admin and a manager dashboard would be very beneficial. My old system has all this information on logging in and I do miss it and found it very helpful.
