We have had a number of employees become frustrated with the Sat & Sun notification emails coming via PHR. I agree, and feel that these are unnecessary and prevent people from disconnecting at the weekends, which may become a breach when the new laws are passed about the right to disconnect and company's not being allowed to email employees outside of their contracted hours. I hope that this would be a minor adjustment to the system, where these could be scheduled to be delivered on a Fri or a Mon instead.
