the News Communication feature is a great tool in PeopleHR and I use it a lot HOWEVER, any attachments uploaded to the news bulletin I send out is so limiting, if I have anything to attach for readers to open, that is more than say One Page, the attachment wont go through, its considered too big to upload. It would be fantastic to be able to upload something bigger than one page, tick the box within the News Communication to send to all email addresses and bingo, everyone is sent my news communication together with my attachment - not happening, they can only all receive my news communication as attachments are so limiting.

Ability to add videos and changes picture size on uploaded picture. Anytime you try to resize them in the news section they still just come through on email at the original picture size (either tiny or massice), hence you need to edit every picture to set number of pixels wide before uploading it to PeopleHR.
If you can add videos to logbooks how come there is no feature to add to News!!!!!!
And for the creator tool to be up to date with latest version of Word. Very cumbersome at the moment
I did not request being able to attach a video clip to the news communication too though note someone else has suggested it - it has been such a jobs worth trying to send our employees a video clip because i cannot attach to the news communication. our managers continually say why cant you just attach the clip through PeopleHR like you do other communications, they dont understand the attachment is so limiting even for bits of paper to attach so it definitely wont allow a video clip.
