Currently when an employee has an additional reports to set up on their personal tab (such as a team leader) both the Team leader and the actual reports to manager can see employees salaries. I would like only the reports to, to be able to see salaries.
Anyone noted as additional reports doesn't have a need to see salaries for employees.

this is growing requests for this in my organisation. Our people managers particuarly with a range of people on different rates and have different service lenghts find it hard to engage with the software and there are many interactions to system personnel and HR happening all the time by cold calling to desks or by email when they should have all their information in People XD.
