While in some instances the new view of subfolders for employees documents is useful, the other view also had its benefits in finding a particular document quickly.

A toggle could be helpful. Or as someone else suggested, broader categories, then sub folders in those so it's easier to find the right document and there are not multiples with one file in as that is a faff to look through. For my company we like the new design, but I will be going through and relabeling everyone's documents so they're in broader categories, then have specific documents, like all the recuritment things, in each broader category. Then it will be easier to manage.
Would be useful to have both options, Folders and the option to view all by date for example.
A view all toggle would be incredibly helpful, I also think it needs an option to change the grouping to something that makes more sense for each company. Sometimes a person has a load of docs all assigned to separate categories, being able to assign certain categories to a manual folder would make more sense than a bunch of folders with one doc each.
Awful! please revert back. Very time consuming expanding files and viewing permissions and signed documents asap.
To group the employee documents is the worst idea Access Group has had since they took over People HR. They are destroying and messing around with an excellent system. Now I cannot quickly find a document i wanted to see.
