Please allow users to set the % of people on AL to trigger the green, amber, red heat map in the planner. Our planner looks red pretty much all the time as the triggers are not set correctly to the needs of our business, which wastes a really valuable, visual tool.

We would also like the heat map to apply to individual departments rather than the whole company as this is could be a very valuable visual tool for Department managers. We would also like to be able to set the number of employees which trigger each colour at a department level. i.e. one department may only be able to allow 2 employees off at a time whereas others may be able to accomodate 3 or 4.
