Our employees complete an equality and diversity form when they start, some have selected different genders than female or male. It would be good to have the option in PeopleHR than 'Not specified' along with their preferred pronouns

I wholeheartedly agree. Whilst it's there for payroll purposes and we know that HMRC only report on their concept of gender we definitely need a space for gender identity, rather than sex. I have had team members feel excluded because of this.
