Our old system allowed staff to record their own sick leave. This would prevent possible errors if the manager forgets to record the the leave, or gets the date/reason wrong.

If this was changed, then we would it be something the company can decide on as we wouldn't want employees to be able to record their own sick leave so would need the option to be able to be turned on or off.! Thank you.
