Yes please! Would also like the re-hire comments field to be editable after they have been made a leaver as we're not always able to get feedback from people who worked closest with them at busy times
and to not recalculate the remaining holiday each time you go into the wizard if you need to update some info for an impending leaver. The holiday is recalculated by the system each time, and then we have to go back into the planner to amend it to the original calculation.
Allow the ripple notification emails to go out once the leaver has left. Secondly to provide restricted accesss to the levers documents section for 28 days following their departure so they can access their P45 and final payslip etc.
and to change the leaving date without having to rehire them! But that may be a whole other issue for people to vote on.
