A year ago our company increased the holiday allowance for all staff - there was no way to update this in bulk, so I had the laborious and time consuming task of going into each employee's record and changing the value manually! It's not something that happens often, but as benefits are continuously reviewed it would be helpful functionality.

I've seen a feature under HR Admin > Bulk Actions > Holiday and Other Events > Holiday Entitlements (Next Year), which would allow you to add these holidays to each person, but on one page (instead of going into their individual records).
