Stopping messing with the aesthetics/navigation

Why have the Admin tabs been moved to a separate place under the 9 dot menu? I now have to go through more clicks to get to where I want, and when trying to switch between ripples or query and employees it's a real pain.

Also, the scroll bar under the month on planner now is way too thin and more difficult to grasp with the mouse.

Your changes are not helpful and don't know why they are being meddled with. A change should only be for the benefit of the user surely?
