Onboarding tasks sent to me in the absence of a line manager upon hiring then can't be reallocated out when we know who the manager is going to be. It is too time consuming to create them all from scratch so either a feature to allocated onboarding tasks as they appear when sent automatically to managers, or the ability to reassign tasks to someone else would save a lot of time.
