Analysis codes are great, they let us customise People HR to suit our needs - but 2 isn't enough. IT would be very useful to have more of these.

Absolutely we need more analysis codes. So many things are manual for us because we can't record things like 'additional responsibilities', 'manual and non-manual for industry reporting. The list could go on!
Analysis codes are one of the most useful features we use. We would probably use 10 or more if they were available, but this feature would be so much more valuable if you could enable as many as you need. Keep them on the personal tab or move them to their own tab if there's lots, either way please please please add more.
A number of additional analysis code fields would be so useful. At least another 5 fields for employee information. Also the option to add analysis code fields to the ATS.
Seems crazy to me that there is nowhere officially on the system to record disabilities. The analysis code can be customised for this, but the 'manage this list' doesn't work for people with more than one disability
