Allow users to add and submit their expenses via the desktop version rather than just the app
Describe the Challenge
We do draft expenses for mileage and submit at month end. If you have to reinstall the app you loose them

Has there been an update on this? Employees are finding the App difficult to upload photos of receipts and ensure correct details are included when uploading on their mobile devices.
This is fundamental - the expense functionality can not be adopted until this option is available. As we shouldn't dictate to employees that they have to use their personal device to submit expense claims.
We are migrating away from People HR in part because of this issue. An absolutely terrible product decision - I am convinced the person who designed this has never actually had to use it properly; adding expenses takes twice as long as it should and creates a massive headache and poor quality output. For example, if you have a PDF receipt, you have to take a screenshot of it rather than just uploading the actual document. The fields reset every time which is ridiculous if you're adding multiple expenses from the same period of time - as most people do!
Please consider adding to Desktop. I'm dealing with a lot of disgruntled employees and managers who are having to use mobile phones rather than using the desktop website, which is their primary device for accessing PeopleHR.
This would be be really useful. As an Executive Assistant to multiple people I store the receipts in folders on my computer. I have an abundance of receipts and using my personal phone to support multiple people and add their expenses is not a realistically efficient way of filing expenses
We also have an issue with not all staff having a company phone or wanting to use the mobile app for this type of thing. They are used to using the desktop version to do everything else so why not add this functionality instead of trying to drive everyone to the mobile app!
Not being able to use the desktop to log an expense claim is a major drawback for employees who don't want to have Google Chrome on their phone and/or use another preferred web browser. Being able to upload an image file into PeopleHR on the desktop rather than on a phone app seems like a sensible addition to the PeopleHR system.
This is a major issue for our employees, as we cannot expect employees to access the app on their personal mobile and not all have company phones. Please help resolve ASAP.
This is causing an issue for our employees as not all employees are issued with a company mobile and for compliancy reasons we can't allow them access on their personal mobiles. The ability to submit expenses on your workstation would be a great benefit.
Could you please set up claiming the expenses online, not only through the app? I've never seen the system doesn't allow this function online while it is working on mobile app.

Currently expenses can only be added via the mobile app which is limiting users and time efficiency

This is a major feature PeopleHR is lacking vs other HR Systems so this should be a priority for Access
