To be able to run query reports for the total sickness and total holidays taken by employees

At the moment the only query reports we can run for how many sickness days have been taken, is a report that lists all the sickness occurrence. Therefore to get total numbers for each employee we have to calculate manually. Even though the total days pulls through on the employe record. Same for holidays.

We regularly want to be able to calculate our % of sickness and holiday and currently too time consuming.

Describe the Challenge At the moment its causing manual work and too time consuming. The data is there so be much more effective for the system to be able to produce a report on it.
