Allow 'Known as' to be the default name shown and not the legal name

We have lots of people who go by their 'known as' names, this can be through personal choice (eg I prefer Jen rather than Jennifer) or it could be for much more sensitive reasons such as gender transitioning or choosing a more anglicized version of their name. At the moment we are putting the Known As into the Legal Name part or we risk deadnaming a transgender employee which could cause all sorts of legal/ethical issues.
