I have the ability for employees to select known as name however this name is not used in any system generated activity. I would like all employees to see their known as name everywhere.
This would also benefit ourselves as having a diverse work force many employees like to be referred as another name. When managers is different parts of the business run reports and see names they do not recognise causes some issues until explained - would save hassle and help PHR appear more person centred
