Managers to be able to re-open closed reviews

Managers should be able to re-open closed reviews in the employee records. Currently only admin can which is a pain when we want them to re-open them to add their mid-year review comments to the same annual review previously closed.

Report for performance reviews to be added to the Reports section with insights, graphs, or numbers of completed, incomplete etc.

Every admin user of PHR would benefit from this. It gives a visual way of reports on performance reviews

Allow exporting of notes to word documents

At the moment when we use the notes for a 1-2-1 review if i create a query to view all the notes it will only allow me to export to excel or CSV which is no good. Please could we be able to export to word for easy reading

Option for Senior Manager comments on Performance Reviews

It would be really useful if we you could allow the senior manager visibility of the appraisal once this has been completed by the employee and manager so they can view, add their comments and sign off the appraisal.

Change Managing Director settings as currently can't share Performance Review.

Currently our Managing Director does not have a "Manager" assigned to him and he is at the top level with all employees under him. This causes problems for sharing Performance Reviews as the only person they can "Share" their review with is "Admin".

The font is very hard to read

The font is extremely hard to read. I have to zoom in quite extensively to be able to read it and even then it isn't clear. Can this be changed?

Create an authorization rule as an option on all logbooks so that for those that require manager's input, the managers can be triggered/can get a notification to proceed with the next steps

This is useful in the performance management process, as it creates an option for the managers and direct reports to hold quarterly/mid-year check-ins without necessarily having to close the current APM.

Can you remove NUMBERS from the review as we do not want to rate employees 1, 2,3 or 4 we want to just use wording

We want to have the flexibility to make the performance review less scoring and to add text to the descriptive scoring and words, there is currently no flexibility to do this in the system
