We refer to policies in our induction logbook entries and it would be great to be able to have hyperlink functionality so employees and simply click and be taken to the policy it's being referred to

Employees wanted to view their new salaries in the app when pay rises happened. Can this information be pulled through to the app? some of our blue collar employees do not have a desktop to view their personal information.

It would be good to have some form of basic notifications without the need to pay extra for workflows. Things like end of fixed term contracts, probation end dates and right to work expiries are basics and its quite a manual process to provide man...

Currently, the tap-in/tap-out functionality allows employees to clock in and out without a manager review step. While this streamlines the process, it removes the ability for managers to review and approve before submission.

Logbooks are often 'works in progress' - e.g. we have a custom appraisal template. Would like a Ripple to get people to the Logbooks and be able to open an existing one rather than create a new one.

Could we add Start Time as a field in the personal or employment tabs? It would be useful to have this so the information can be pulled as a data tag for onboarding, job offer emails.

The employee list shows an indicator if they have an Absence today which is a nice feature, it would be great to just filter on who has absences today so you can do a quick check in the morning to see who is off / sick

At the moment the only options for document signatures are "Employee" and "Manager" This notifies both the "reports to" and "additional reports to" . Please consider differentiating the Manager signature to either or.

When completing an employee's Leaver Wizard, it would be great to be able to write more than 250 characters when describing a leaver, whether they are re employable and their behaviours within the business. As if people are away it would be better...
