there should be an option to archive documents and logbooks from employee files. example; expired passport or visa or old contract should be still stored but only current documents should be at the forefront view.

Hi, Would it be possible to link scheduled meetings in Logbooks with Outlook? For example, some forms created in Logbooks requires managers to schedule meetings with people in the organisation. Could these meetings be linked with Outlook?

Everyone would benefit from this - employee, manager and admin.
