Employees to view their DBS and right to work details

At the moment only administrators can see an employees DBS and right to work details. It would be useful for employees to see this too.

Remove deletion of employees

When employees file their leave it should be no options for them to delete it approve or not from line manger. This is to strengthen the internal control

Allow pop-ups to be suppressed

Enabling an option in the settings to turn pop-ups on/off would be helpful.

Quick leaver option if employee dies in service

The leaver wizard is currently inappropriate for the death of an employee. There could be a quick option that would be far more appropriate and ask relevant questions - not if the person is re-employable again for example.

Annual leave calculated in days

At the moment an employee whose annual leave is calculated in leave can only book 0.25, 0.50 or 0.75 of a day which is does not accommodate if they wish to book off only one or two hours unless you convert the entitlement to hours

Allow leavers to show in Ripples when required

We sometimes have bank staff who leave without notice so the leave date is a historical date which means they do now show up in the leaver notifications meaning it has to be done manually.
