Currently the width of the first column is too small to easily read the list of the 'name rule'. Amend the screen layout to make it easier to read as we have a number of rules set up that go over 6 rows.

Employees who manage people as well as having elevated access rights have to select "include proxy" to view their employee list...seems a bit silly. Also they are restricted from doing menial tasks, such as confirming absences in the system.
