Tasks for an employee

There is currently no option to assign a task automatically to the employee themselves. I am not sure how the workflow would work. Please see adjoining new task screen shot. An employee name must be selected to move to the next stage - which isn't helpful as I'm entering a new employee and their name isn't yet showing in the employee drop down. But we need an option to select 'the new joiner employee' as an automatic function without selecting a specific name.

i.e. this new task would be applicable to every new joiner that starts.
