Company Threshold Notifications

PeopleHR is currently not customisable enough. It would be beneficial to be able to set up Company specific rules, such as HR notifications when an employee hits 3 sickness absences in a rolling 6 month period to ensure that welfare conversations are happening promptly, opposed to having to run a report every day.
